We always say it because it’s always true – there’s a special magic that happens when a group of like-minded women in business come together to share space, connect and collaborate.
Our August ConnectHer Business After 5 event, supported by Forsyth Barr Limited, strengthened these connections as we welcomed 56 fantastic women, who are achieving some incredible things in our wider business community.
The formidable Pip Malpas (of Little Pips Soda Syrups), who was fresh from her success at The Food Show, supplied her beautiful product. The Alderman ‘s Ben Branks worked his magic, using them to create a superb cocktail for our guests. We heard from several guests during the evening, including Claire Robinson from Te Atatu Toasted Ltd. She generously gifted all of our guests her beautiful products.
We heard from Amber Dixon (of On Point EVA), who wowed us with the depth and breadth of support she provides her clients. Also, Charlotte Norris, who has a true gift of making high-end marketing solutions achievable for every business.
Helen Edmonds from West Auckland Hospice has recently opened a brand new Westgate Hospice Shop – it was truly incredible to gain an understanding of exactly what goes into the operations of Hospice.
We sincerely thank Emma Monaghan of Forsyth Barr Limited, for her unrelenting support of our ConnectHer Initiative.
Thank you also to Babich Wines Ltd, for their donation of spot prizes – which were very much appreciated!
It has been a privilege to receive your feedback, if you would like to receive upcoming ConnectHer information, please drop us a DM.
